ftp transmit instructions
Initial Account Setup
Transmit is available from http://www.panic.com/transmit/ - it's not free, but it's a very stable and easy FTP client.
As with all Mac software, double click the DMG file that you've just downloaded to mount it, and drag the application into your applications folder. Double click to launch.
A window will appear - click the + button to add a new Bookmark.

You need to fill in the details for your FTP account. These will have been sent by email - if you don't have FTP details, please email and I will set up your account.
You will have:
FTP Server: vbftp.net
Username: USERNAME
Password: PASSWORD
In the orange highlighted section, give your FTP account a name, such as Photoshop Services FTP.
In the red highlighted section, type vbftp.net
In the blue highlighted section, type the Username provided in your email.
In the green highlighted section, type your Password provided in the email.

Now double click on your new FTP account to connect. In future, you won't have to do all this setup - you'll just click to show the Bookmarks and double click to open.

Transferring Files
On the left is your computer, on the right is the server.
To upload files to the FTP server, simply drag files or folders from the left panel to the right panel. You can also create folders, rename, delete, and so forth.
To download files from the FTP server, drag the files from the right panel to the left, or to another Finder window.
