ftp instructions
If you're using my FTP Server Web Interface using your normal web browser for the first time, you may want a few instructions on how to use it.
If you're likely to use FTP to transfer files on a regular basis, full FTP software may be a better option.
If you're Windows based, try the instructions for FileZilla or basic FTP using XP itself.
If you're Mac based, Cyberduck's a great free option, or Transmit's a more robust paid FTP client.
