ftp cyberduck instructions
Initial Account Setup
Cyberduck is open source FTP software for Mac OS - to you and me that means 'Free'! You can download it from http://cyberduck.ch/ - the download link is towards the top on the right hand side of the page.
As with all Mac software, double click the DMG file that you've just downloaded to mount it, and drag the application into your applications folder. Double click to launch.
A window will appear - click the Bookmarks button.

Now click the + sign at the bottom of the window to create a new FTP site.

You need to fill in the details for your FTP account. These will have been sent by email - if you don't have FTP details, please email and I will set up your account.
You will have:
FTP Server: vbftp.net
Username: USERNAME
Password: PASSWORD
In the orange highlighted section, give your FTP account a name, such as Photoshop Services FTP.
In the red highlighted section, type vbftp.net
In the blue highlighted section, type the Username provided in your email.

Now double click on your new FTP account in the Bookmarks bar. In future, you won't have to do all this setup - you'll just click to show the Bookmarks and double click to open.

The first time you visit the FTP server, it will ask for your password. Enter the password from your email, tick Add to Keychain so you don't have to remember it next time, and Login.

Transferring Files
To upload files to the FTP server, simply drop the files from Finder onto the blue and white stripped area. You can also create folders, rename, delete, and so forth.
To download files from the FTP server, drag the files onto your Desktop or another Finder window.
